Husband of State Representative Jessica Baker (elected 2022). Mr. Baker’s other businesses include Data Targeting Research, Bold City Strategic Partners LLC and Conventus LLC. Mr. Baker is the general consultant that recruits and controls the majority of elected officials in North FL, he produces opposition research and manages the negative advertising. Baker is a key behind the scenes player that was and may still be under investigation for the scheme to sell JEA.
Brian Hughes
Political Operative & Chief of Staff of Former Mayor
Mr. Hughes is a former business partner of Mr. Baker, and in his time working for former Mayor Lenny Curry, he became known for his bad temper and language and to be ruthlessly vindictive. He was responsible for much of city’s cronyism and corruption and is believed to have assisted in the scheme to sell JEA.

Political Consultant Being Trained by Tim Baker
Owner of “On Target Messaging”. Serves as the political director for the Republican Party of Duval County. Responsible for digital/social media & direct mail for Tim Baker’s candidates and William Stafford Jones political committees in addition to some of his own candidates. Mr. Pantinakis is responsible for the many if not most of the false & misleading campaign mailers in local politics.

Manages millions in dark money PACs
Former chairman of the Alachua County GOP & current Republican Party of Florida Committeeman. Owner of the Electioneering Consultants Inc. company. He is Chair & Treasurer for 94 active Political Action Committees known as PACs. Campaign treasurer for Tim Baker’s ‘establishment’ candidates. Manages PACs (political funding organizations) that fund multimillion dollar campaigns using “Dark Money”. No stranger to legal issues for political corruption. PACs usually list an address of “115 East Park Ave Tallahassee” or sometimes a Gainesville address.

Bainter has helped ensure establishment control of state and federal seats across FL for the last 30 years and has worked closely with William Stafford Jones and his PAC’s throughout the years. Tim Baker, Brian Hughes and Alexander Pantinakis now also work closely with both men, Mr. Bainter and his Data Targeting has also found himself in court for corruption and voter fraud charges which you can read about in the provided news links
